Dr. Scott Vlk, D.D.S.
Dr. Vlk has been creating beautiful smiles and providing excellent dental care for over 10 years. He grew up in Crystal Lake, and aspired to become a dentist from a young age. After completing his undergraduate studies at Northern Illinois University, Dr. Vlk went on to graduate at the top of his dental class at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.
Dr. Vlk provides patient-centered, personalized dental care in our state-of-the-art office. His calm demeanor and gentle touch put patients at ease. Dr. Vlk is dedicated to helping patients achieve optimal oral health and beautiful esthetic results using the latest dental techniques.
Dr. Vlk is committed to continuing education, and has taken extensive study courses in porcelain veneers, comprehensive treatment planning, periodontics, implant dentistry, rotary endodontics, implantology, oral cancer detection, esthetic dentistry, and gum disease management.
Dr. Vlk currently resides in North Aurora, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. He enjoys building and flying model airplanes, boating, and cooking in his free time.
Dani Gunier, R.D.H.
Dani has been a dental hygienist for 9 years. She graduated with honors from the Dental Hygiene program at Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois. Dani bases the foundation of her practice on providing a comfortable and welcoming dental experience. She takes great pride in offering the most advanced treatment and dental care available.
Jody Aters
Jody has worked as a dental assistant for 9 years. Her attention to detail and dental experience, along with her warm compassionate personality, helps to relax patients and makes most dental procedures easier and more pleasant. Jody also has advanced training in dental assisting procedures, and is a vital component to patient care.
Eva Espino
Eva is our Patient Care Coordinator. She has worked in the dental field for 10 years. Her cross-training as a dental assistant makes her very knowledgeable about dental procedures. She is always willing to answer any questions that patients may have about their dental treatment. She is fluent in Spanish, and lends a personal touch to our office atmostphere.
